Paulina Burgun Promoted to Talent Management Manager

UltraSource, Inc. a supplier of custom thin film circuits and ceramic interconnect devices, is proud to announce the promotion of Paulina Burgun as the Talent Management Manager. Ms. Burgun started with UltraSource in June 2009 as the President's Executive Assistant and has undertaken many projects related to Talent Management and employee engagement. Ms. Burgun has proven herself to be a highly capable administrator and manager. Prior to working at UltraSource, Ms. Burgun worked in Sr. administrative roles at Fidelity Investments, the Greater Nashua Chamber of Commerce as the Sales Director, and at BAE in numerous administrative roles for 17 years.
As the Talent Management Manager, Ms. Burgun will be responsible to make improvements in Performance Management Systems, Fast Track hiring of high performers, benefits administration and reporting, as well as managing employee communications.
Ms. Burgun has a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Southern NH University, Manchester, NH and a Masters Degree in Organizational Leaders from Rivier College in Nashua, NH. She is a member of the Nashua Rotary Club, a Big Sister for Big Brothers and Big Sisters, and sits on the board of directors for the Child Advocacy Center and numerous subcommittees.
