Steve Lefebvre Promoted to Operations Manager

UltraSource, Inc. a supplier of custom thin film circuits and ceramic interconnect devices, is proud to announce the promotion of Steve Lefebvre as the Operations Manager. Mr. Lefebvre has been with UltraSource since November 2008 and has proven himself to be capable of implementing and driving rapid operations improvement. He has over 10 years experience in Research and Development and Operations. He has held numerous positions at Perkin Elmer Life & Analytical Science and prior to that a Chemist and Technician at Dupont Biomedical Products.
As the Operations Manager, Mr. Lefebvre will be responsible to manage day to day operations with emphasis placed on meeting revenue, profit, on time delivery, and quality goals in manufacturing. He will also ensure proper execution of inventory policy, procurement strategy, and production plans for operations through collaborative work. Another of his objectives is to continue implementing VM ERP system into operations in order to fully realize automated performance, metric reporting, and software productivity efficiencies.
Mr. Lefebvre attended the University of Lowell in Lowell, MA and Daniel Webster College in Nashua, NH.
