Kevin Callery Joins UltraSource as Director of Business Development

UltraSource, Inc. a supplier of custom thin film circuits and ceramic interconnect devices, announces the addition of Kevin Callery as Director of Business Development. Mr. Callery has more than twenty years experience in the thin film circuit industry. For most of the past 15 years, he was employed in various Sales Management positions at the former MIC Technology Corp. and more recently with Aeroflex MIC technology as VP of Sales. In his earlier career, Mr. Callery worked in various capacities in operations and sales at both Raytheon Co. and Materials Research Corp.

The Director of Business Development will provide sales leadership to develop and support strategic account executive level business relationships to achieve profitable results. This role will develop and execute executive level selling strategies, targeting specific customers. After establishing a strong corporate/customer business relationship the Director of Business Development is responsible to transition relationships and account management responsibilities to the appropriate corporate sales individual or representative. The Director will also maintain continued involvement with established accounts as an account team member responsible for managing executive level relationships. And in some specific cases, The Director may be required to have sole responsibility for all commercial activity at certain A level strategic customers.

Mr. Callery has a Bachelors Degree in Biochemistry from Merrimack College in North Andover, MA.
