Judging the Best Companies to Work for...

At the request of Bruce Mast & Associates, Inc., Michael Casper, founder, president, and CEO of UltraSource, Inc. in Hollis, NH, was one of the Site Tour Judges who judged the Best Companies to work for 2008. Michael was part of the executive team who donated considerable time to visit the semi-finalists and score them in a variety of areas. Site tour judges conducted interviews with the presidents and CEOs of the companies and a focus group of employees, and toured each company.
