Life Outside Work
UltraSource, Inc. understands there is more to life than work! Our employees are parents, students, caregivers, troop leaders, coaches and volunteers. UltraSource believes there is great importance in providing the support needed to ensure that our employees maintain a healthy balance between work and life!
Family
In addition to competitive salaries and excellent benefits, UltraSource employees work a 9 hour work day, allowing every other Friday off all year long, (26 Friday's off a year). In addition, employees have the flexibility to start their work day at various time to accommodate their family needs.
Community Service
UltraSource encourages our employees to give back to their communities and supports that by giving each employee 8 hours off with pay each year for community service. UltraSource as an organization is committed to supporting our local business community and we do so through partnering with our "Charity of Choice", Bridges, and the American Cancer Society. We are also a proud member of the Nashua Rotary West.
Our outreach initiatives include:
- Annual blood drives.
- In-house fundraising for employees to participate in the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk.
- Adopting families at holiday time for gift giving.
- Collecting non-perishable items for Bridges' emergency shelter pantry.
- Giving monetary donations to our Charity of Choice in lieu of giving gifts and cards to our customers.
- Employee paid time for community service projects.
