Senior Process Engineer	Apply to this job
Successful candidate will be involved in a typical technology development cycle which includes process activities, feasibility of mfg process, establishing process controls, instituting equipment maintenance. Extensive involvement with optimizing processes used in manufacturing to fabricate thin film devices using cleaning, sputtering, positive liquid photoresit imaging, polymide, exposure, developing, electroplating, wet etching, RIE, and PECVD operations. Key qualification include: BS in Engineering or related science, 5+ years experience working with MEMS devices in a similar role, working knowledge and implementation of lean manufacturing, ability to communicate effectively with ALL levels within the organization.
