Medical Coverage - UltraSource, Inc. offers multiple health care plans to maximize the needs of our employees and their families, Plans are offered through Harvard Pilgrim and include both HMO and PPO options. Prescription drug coverage plans offer a three tier payment plan with additional cost savings offered with a mail order option. Families participating in the health coverage plan also are eligible for fitness reimbursement and discounts with multiple weight management programs, such as Weight Watchers, and Jenny Craig.
Dental Coverage - UltraSource's partnership with Lincoln Financial Group provides dental coverage for a broad range of dental services, including orthodontics.
Vision Coverage - Discounts for eyewear and laser vision correction procedures are also included through participation in Harvard Pilgrim medical plans.
Health and Dependent Reimbursement Accounts - UltraSource offers participation in voluntary Flexible Spending Accounts, these benefits offer the advantage of increasing your take-home pay while also reimbursing you for out-of-pocket health and dependent care expenses.
Retirement 401K Plan - UltraSource offers participation in a 401K retirement plan.
Holidays - 10 paid holidays per year, UltraSource also shuts down every year from Christmas to New Years Day, where employees have an option to use accrued vacation time or accrued personal days.
Personal Days - Employees are given three days a year.
Earned Time - Two weeks annually per year, with an additional week earned after 5 years of employment.
Community Service Time - UltraSource is committed to making a difference in the community through giving back to the community; employees are given 1 paid day off for community service volunteering time.
Life and Disability Benefits - UltraSource sponsors both life and short disability at 1 times an employee's annual salary, in addition long term disability is offered and may be up to 60% of an employee's annual salary.
Tuition Reimbursement / Education - Employees are eligible for tuition reimbursement dependent on documented criteria and management approval.
